Originated an MCP that made BMW's design system queryable at runtime, so AI coding assistants could reach approved components, tokens, and guidance instead of improvising.

Proposed and led AI4UX, an enterprise AI enablement programme for BMW Group’s design community, turning scattered tools and guidance into use cases, learning tracks, responsible-use support, and one shared destination for 1,200+ designers.

Most designers had never opened an IDE, and the ones who had were afraid of breaking something. I built a setup repository that checked their machine, installed missing tools, verified their environment, and helped them create a working Angular project from the design-system boilerplate.

A reusable Figma starter file that helped designers start faster, keep project files organised, prepare cleaner developer handoffs, and make design files easier for AI-assisted workflows to interpret.

I led the setup of BMW TechWorks India's UX Live Center, translating a global DesignOps model into a local operating hub for standards access, consultation, workshops, service routing, and team enablement.

BMW TechWorks India was growing quickly, and product teams had very different levels of UX support. I helped run the India adoption of a global UX maturity framework so leadership and DesignOps could see where teams needed standards, measurement, training, or hands-on support.

After creating the dark mode UI kit variants, we ran into hurdles changing color styles and designing for both light and dark mode — so the ideal solution was to migrate our dark mode component library into the main design system Figma file. This case study explores how I led the initiative to optimize our design system and make our handoff process more efficient post dark-mode implementation.

With exclusive discounts, sellers will now be able to start conversations with buyers in a C2C marketplace where traditionally a buyer contacts a seller. This will not only increase the buyer & seller engagement but will also provide professional sellers a new source of leads generation and revenue for Kijiji.

This case study explores how I executed the design hand-off of the Switch to Dark Mode user journey along with a dark mode foundational style guide and component library.

Finding a good rental without agents and intermediaries is a challenge in Canada. In this project, I designed a new feature to enable renters to request/schedule a viewing directly with landlords for the rental property listed on Kijiji.

To enhance the buying experience, I designed user journeys enabling sellers to upload, edit, crop, and publish 30-second videos, providing buyers with a clear demonstration of the item directly on the listing page.
